Feline Frame-Up ReviewFeline Frame-Up Review

Feline Frame-Up is a 1954 animated short film from the Looney Tunes series. It is a weaker short.

It features Claude Cat and Marc Antony in a battle of brawn and brains, with the little black kitten Pussyfoot caught in the middle. There have been a couple of shorts featuring these characters previously and none were particularly memorable. The same applies here – a short that is okay, but certainly nothing truly remarkable.

The black kitten is forgettable and only a plot device, but Claude and Marc are both quite fun. Some of their interactions are excellent, but most of the cartoon is rather standard stuff when it comes to its action scenes and scenarios. None of it was funny in any shape or form.

Feline Frame-Up has fine characters, but the scenarios and the overall plot are highly lacking.

My Rating – 3.3
