Now Hare This is a 1958 animated short film from the Looney Tunes series. It is a pretty forgettable cartoon.

This is a Bugs Bunny short where he is paired with the Big Bad Wolf and the results are only solid. While the short benefits from a funny ending and a nice fairy tale approach to it, none of the gags were particularly inventive or inspired. It just goes through the motions.

I did like the elder wolf character. He was a lot of fun. Bugs is his reliable confident and competent self. The two are solid in their dynamic for sure, but more could have been done with both of the characters. The fairy tales themselves had been done better multiple times before. Here, they are just okay parodies.

Now Hare This looks good and it has solid character usage, but the storytelling is only okay and the gags are far from great.
