Alice’s Circus Daze is a 1927 animated short film from the Alice Comedies series. It’s a forgettable entry.

Alice and Julius are getting ready for their big performance at the circus. This movie is set in the circus and it utilized it solidly, but there is not a single memorable scene here while the gags are thoroughly lacking too. The animation is quite strong, but the action is uninspired.

Alice is actually here and the final act is memorable because of her rare presence. It’s rare to see her to such an extent and she was very well incorporated here. The music that was added to the video of the film that I watched on YouTube was quite good too.

Alice’s Circus Daze has solid animation and a fine ending, but a weak story and a lack of gags made it forgettable at the end of the day.
