Jet Pink Review

Jet Pink is a 1967 animated short film from the Pink Panther series.

The Pink Panther flies an experimental fighter jet, but has trouble controlling it. This is yet another short in which the panther tries something new, but has a lot of trouble with it. It’s thus far from authentic and once again the humorous situations aren’t particularly funny.

With that being said, the animation is so excellent here with the jet fighter itself being so well utilized. I loved its whole atmosphere which is reliably terrific and strong for this series, and the score is fantastic here. Pink is very amusing himself, but then again the short isn’t hugely entertaining and it needed much more variety when it comes to its scenarios.

Jet Pink needed variety and better humor, but the animation and score are reliably strong as is the atmosphere.
