Bugged by a Bee is a 1969 animated short film from the Looney Tunes series. It is a subpar short.
A bee with a vendetta accidentally helps Cool Cat win all the athletic events for Disco Tech. This is a typical Cool Cat short, meaning that the plot is nothing to write home about, but the main character himself is solid and quite memorable. The animation is only serviceable here.
The ending was fun for sure. It was a memorable way to conclude the story and it was the only humorous moment in an otherwise lacking in strong gags film. The entire tournament plot was uninspired and the bee only provided that one final gag with the rest of the story failing to stand on its own.
