Tick Tock Tuckered Review

Tick Tock Tuckered is a 1944 animated short film from the Looney Tunes series. It is a very troublesome short.

This one is basically a color remake of ‘Porky’s Badtime Story’. And what is there else to say than that it’s one extremely lazy cartoon. It’s such a problematic short because it’s basically a straight remake which is not even trying to do anything different.

Yes, the animation is good and both Porky and Daffy are great again with some somewhat changed minor things being worthwhile. But the plot is ridiculously entirely same and I just could not find any proper reason for the original to be remade. It stands well on its own and it shouldn’t have been touched.

Tick Tock Tuckered is one of the worst Looney Tunes of all time thanks to most of the plot being just rehashed from the original.
