Rabbit Every Monday Review

Rabbit Every Monday Review

Rabbit Every Monday is a 1951 animated short film from the Looney Tunes series. It is a fun flick.

Yosemite Sam is back to fight with Bugs Bunny in this very amusing, though not great flick. It could have been better in the first half in particular as that part lacked memorable set pieces. I also found the animation just okay. But the second half is excellent and a lot of fun.

Everything with the oven was hugely entertaining. I loved that entire sequence as it was phenomenally executed, and the film is famous for introducing to redesigned Yosemite Sam who isn’t all too different than the one before, but still done for the better. The interactions between the two are reliably terrific here, and the dialogue is great.

Rabbit Every Monday has its problems, but the second half is so good and very entertaining.

My Rating – 3.9
