 The Paneless Window Washer is a 1937 animated short from Popeye the Sailor series. It is one of the funniest Popeye shorts in recent memory.

I really liked the setting of this entry which is the building. It led to many great action scenes, but it also led to that great ending and such a fantastic beginning which is so funny and Bluto is superb here. Olive Oyl is not as memorable and was disappointing, but Popeye is so hilarious with some very funny talk in his signature amusing style.

I really found the second half to be very disappointing as it is never as funny or as exciting and entertaining as the first one. But it still ends well and the short is very funny and engaging while also being well animated and scored and featuring great humor which is easily the best in a while. Overall, it could have been better, but it is a nice entry in the series.

The Paneless Window Washer benefits from a great setting, some hilarious moments and nice fights.
